- Client Access: Clients have their own access to review ongoing and past projects as well as add new projects. They will also be able to reprint invoices and check their open balance.
- Vendor/Employee Access: Vendors have access to their own account to manage their tasks and download/upload project files.
- Pricing Packages: Each order is based on a package that provides the template for both billing and production.
- Dynamic Price Lists: You can compile price lists with a mix of flat or calculated pricing based on quantity ranges or product type.
- Production Templates: You can create as many production flow templates as you wish to accommodate any production scenario you may encounter in your business.
- Automatic Messaging: Each vendor/employee will be emailed when his/her task is active and upon its completion, all in a automatic manner.
- Invoicing: Invoices are generated and emailed automatically to your customer as soon as each order is completed. You can also manually print them or resend them via email.
- Export to QuickBooks: We support exporting invoices, payments, and vendor bills to QuickBooks via QuickBooks IIF files.
- Asset management: Files and Physical assets can be managed entirely in the system.
- Local and Remote File Hosting: The system can manage and protect the download of both locally uploaded as well as remotely uploaded files. Just install the Order Planner Remote Download Kit on remote HTTP servers and all downloads will be protected as if they were local. This is very useful for managing large files that would not be feasible to upload via http, but better managed via FTP.
